How It Works

Upstream compliance processing infrastructure operating before video distribution.

Processing Architecture

Streaming Compliance is a real-time processing platform that executes proprietary AI pipelines on video and audio streams upstream of distribution. The platform analyzes content before it is published, embedded, or broadcast, producing high-accuracy compliance outputs while existing platforms, players, and workflows remain unchanged.

The platform is powered by in-house systems, including the Diconun R1 real-time transcription pipeline and BinSignML encoding for sign language metadata.

The platform executes a deterministic processing pipeline across multiple input formats, applying speech recognition, caption generation, and translation, then embedding CEA-708/608 captions and BinSignML metadata directly into MPEG-4 streams for distribution through existing infrastructure. Multilingual accessibility support is handled in this same upstream layer rather than through per-platform add-ons.

Upstream Pipeline Flow

The platform processes video streams upstream of distribution, embedding CEA-708/608 captions and BinSignML metadata directly into MPEG-4 streams so compliance is enforced before content reaches existing infrastructure. Teams that need auditable records can retrieve Compliance Evidence Reports tied to the session of record.
